Ascent Solar is committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Our goal in environmental leadership is to provide the lowest carbon footprint and fastest system-level energy payback time of current flexible PV technologies.

• Ascent Solar's manufacturing processes includes comprehensive environmental health and safety (EHS) processes and protocols.
• Ascent Solar uses state-of-the-art engineering safety controls, safe operating procedures, personal protective equipment, and housekeeping which ensures the health and safety of our employees, as well as the community.
• Ascent Solar does not use glass. The structural costs for mounting our flexible PV modules are reduced significantly. This translates to the lowest installed system-level costs.
